The Dixon Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our West Chester, OH team. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, billing, and AR tasks while collaborating with internal teams.

You will document interactions in our CRM, follow up with customers to measure satisfaction, and work with quotes and tech support to resolve issues. A strong service mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience in manufacturing, industrial, or transportation environments.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and comfort learning technical product lines.
• 2–3 years of customer service or administrative experience in an industrial setting.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Basic familiarity with industrial or transportation products.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process new orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Perform billing, accounts receivable tasks, and file maintenance.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM for tracking and visibility.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups with customers to assess satisfaction and opportunities.
• Partner with internal specialists for quotes and work with technical support teams.
• Maintain organized records and assist with special projects as assigned.
