Job summary

The Dixon Group in West Chester, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling orders, inquiries, and billing while collaborating with internal teams. You will process orders, manage returns, document interactions in the CRM, and support continuous improvement efforts.

• Demonstrated customer service experience in manufacturing/industrial contexts.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic software.
• Familiarity with order processing and accounts receivable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process new orders, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Investigate and resolve product or service issues promptly.
• Perform daily administrative and financial tasks, including billing and AR entries.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM for tracking.
• Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams for quotes and tech support.
