You will serve as the primary contact by phone and email, provide pricing and availability, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email.
• Provide price and availability for standard or specialty items.
• Take and solicit orders by phone and email; process orders.
• Coordinate with stock and suppliers; expedite orders and track deliveries.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Assist shipping/receiving and attend essential trainings, including vendor locations.
