Job summary

Concentric, LLC in Everett, WA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage information and processes surrounding customer and technician experiences. You will support sales, service management, and technicians by handling demo requests, pricing projects, service requests, and order accuracy.

You will liaise with Engineering, Customer Care, Accounting and customers to ensure orders, sales and work meet Concentric’s standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and data management.
• ERP system experience a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to collaborate across locations and departments.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer and technician information and process flows.
• Support sales, service management and technicians with requests and orders.
• Liaise between Engineering, Customer Care, Accounting and customers to meet standards.
• Communicate progress and issues to Service Managers and Account Managers.
• Dispatch technicians to meet maintenance schedules.
• Answer calls professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Track assets and update customer contracts.
• Assist with scheduled maintenance and billing processes.
• Maintain safety and professional conduct at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
