Job summary

The Customer Service Representative helps manage information, systems, and process flows for customers and Technicians, acting as a liaison to ensure orders, service requests, and contracts meet Concentric’s standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with data management and basic ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word for reporting and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage information and processes surrounding customer and Technician experiences.
• Dispatch Technicians to meet maintenance schedules.
• Communicate progress to Service Managers and Account Managers.
• Update customer contracts and track service requests through billing.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Accounting, and Sales.
