Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or fast-paced office work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ERP platforms experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive customer relationships through professional correspondence.
• Process and manage multiple customer requests via phone, email, and website.
• Review daily reports to manage open orders and priorities.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and coordinate with Sales, Product, Pricing, Purchasing, Operations, and Financial Services.
• Identify opportunities to suggest complementary products or upgrades.
• Collaborate with ACE Team to share customer insights and strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services to address inquiries.
• Engage with vendor partners to obtain current lead times and pricing.
