Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment; industrial sales exposure is a plus.
• Forklift experience required; training will be provided on hire.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials needed for projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share product quality insights to help customers.
• Process orders, deposits, and pricing paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide cost and delivery information.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock shelves to provide an excellent customer experience.
