Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Forklift experience required; training provided on hire.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Capable of moving items up to 50 pounds regularly with handling equipment or assistance.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable with basic math and computer tools including POS systems.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Responsible for order entry and processing transactions.
• Coordinate with customers and team via phone, email, and in person.
• Identify best tools and procedures for specific tasks; demonstrate equipment use.
• Support branch growth with an outgoing call strategy and customer outreach.
• Move merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
