Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Occasional overtime when needed.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate with customers and team via phone, email, and in person.
• Ensure accurate paperwork: coding, costing, and pricing.
• Support store operations and showroom displays to enhance customer experience.
