Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Availability for occasional overtime when the team needs extra support.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted guide, advising customers on tools, hardware, and materials for projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share insights on product quality to help customers innovate.
• Ensure adherence to company policies including safety and PPE.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Complete paperwork accurately, including coding, costing, and pricing.
• Identify best tools and procedures for customer tasks; demonstrate equipment use to build confidence.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate via phone, email, and in person with customers and team members on costs and delivery.
• Contribute to an outgoing call strategy to support branch growth.
• Coordinate transfer of merchandise between locations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain positive workspace by supportive communication with customers, vendors, colleagues.
• Stock shelves and maintain showroom displays for customer experience.
