Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Attention to detail in handling transactions.
• Availability for occasional overtime.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Preferred: gas, welding, or safety supplies background.
• Familiarity with SAP, Google, or MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and orders.
• Fill gas cylinders and cryogenic containers.
• Manage order entry and process transactions.
• Coordinate cylinder movement and inventory between locations.
• Maintain showroom displays and provide excellent service.
• Ensure paperwork coding, costing, and pricing are accurate.
