Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
• Advise customers on tools, hardware, and materials for their projects.
• Manage order entry and process transactions; assist with deposits reconciliation.
• Coordinate with customers and team via phone, email, and in person to discuss costs and delivery.
• Support the branch with an outgoing call strategy to drive growth.
