Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2+ years in product, warehouse, or sales environments.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in industrial retail, inside sales, or inventory control is a plus.
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and supplies.
• Advise on tools, hardware, and materials for customer projects.
• Demonstrate equipment use and share product quality insights.
• Handle paperwork: coding, costing, pricing, deposits reconciliation.
• Process orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
