Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an IC Technician to support and improve plant process control systems. You will work with maintenance and operations to configure controllers, batch programs, and HMIs, driving reliability and performance through advanced control techniques.

The role requires hands-on PLC/HMI experience, training of end users, and standardization of control logic. A strong team mindset, and ability to coordinate with contractors for startup and commissioning are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in industrial control system development and troubleshooting.
Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs: SLC 500, CompactLogix, ControlLogix.
Experience with HMI/SCADA: Wonderware, FTView ME/SE.
Experience with ControlNet and EtherNet/IP networks.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized duties in the repair and maintenance of instruments and controls.
Plan, analyze and control the quality of processes as part of a team.
Provide technical training to lower-level personnel.
Inspect, repair, and adjust PLCs and HMIs and related equipment.
Coordinate repair and replacement of instruments and control systems, monitor operations for faults.
Maintain and update all process control network systems.
