Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Industrial Superintendent (Travel) to lead on-site construction activities across diverse projects in the United States. You will oversee piping, process piping, and self-performing construction to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to travel frequently to multiple sites. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and OSHA 30 are preferred; MS Office and construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Industrial Superintendent or similar role in construction.
• Extensive knowledge in piping, process piping, self-performing construction, and industrial operations.
• Proven track record of overseeing industrial construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites frequently.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, equipment/material delivery, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction teams, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Manage direct and indirect construction expenditures to keep within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and specialists to meet project requirements.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations on site.
• Conduct quality control inspections to meet codes and standards.
• Resolve on-site issues or disputes and maintain a productive work environment.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on progress, costs, and performance.
• Travel to various construction sites as required.
