Job summary

Mowery Construction is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead on-site operations for ground-up industrial projects. You will schedule, manage and motivate the on-site workforce, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive field construction experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel as needed. Excellent work-life balance and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible field construction experience.
• Willing to travel.
• Experience in industrial commercial work preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of scheduling, managing and motivating on-site workforce, coordinating subcontractors and material suppliers, and cost control and projections.
• Demonstrated leadership, management and interpersonal skills are essential.
