Job summary

Graycor is seeking a Scheduler in the United States, based in Jackson, MS. You will coordinate and supervise all costing and scheduling, partnering with project teams to implement the Graycor performance monitoring system and related schedules for services, equipment and materials.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management and a minimum of four years' construction experience, preferably in heavy industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Requires an undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant construction experience, preferably in heavy industrial.
• Experience tracking field progress and generating SPI, CPI, EV and manpower reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop project schedules from plans and specifications, incorporating budgets, quantities and labor resources.
• Continuously update the schedule to reflect progress, delays, and changes; track starts, finishes and remaining durations.
• Develop and maintain cost code framework and schedule WPS, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Regularly develop management reports: cash flow, hourly shutdown/outage schedules, weekly quantity reports, SPI/CPI/EV and manpower metrics.
• Advise Superintendent and Project Manager on subcontractor and vendor performance.
