Job summary

Graycor is seeking a Scheduler in Louisiana to support project teams by coordinating costs and schedules. You will integrate subcontractor and vendor timelines, monitor progress, and generate performance reports while collaborating with management and clients.

The role requires strong scheduling expertise, experience in heavy industrial construction, and travel to project sites as needed. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant construction experience, preferably heavy industrial.
• Experience tracking field progress and generating SPI, CPI, EV and manpower reports.
• Knowledge of safety standards and industry practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office; Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop project schedules from plans and specifications, including budget, quantities, labor resources, and subcontractor/vend​or schedules.
• Continuously update and revise the schedule to reflect progress, delays, and changes with actual starts/finishes and remaining durations.
• Develop and maintain project cost code framework and schedule WPS, cost and resource loaded schedule.
• Regularly develop reports for management review (cash flow, hourly shutdown/outage schedules, quantity reports, SPI/CPI/EV).
• Advise the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding subcontractor and vendor performance.
