Job summary

Graycor is seeking a Scheduler in the United States, Illinois area to coordinate and supervise project costing and scheduling. You will partner with the project team to implement the Graycor performance monitoring system and integrate schedule, cost, and manpower data to meet client and management needs.

Responsibilities include creating and updating schedules from plans and specs with budget and labor inputs, compiling frequent reports such as cash flow and SPI/CPI metrics, and advising on

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Experience tracking field progress and generating SPI/CPI/EV reports.
• Proficient with scheduling software and cost reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and develop project schedules from plans and specifications, including budgeted dollars, quantities and labor resources; integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules.
• Continuously update and revise the schedule to reflect progress, delays, and changes; track actuals and remaining durations.
• Develop and maintain project cost code framework and schedule WPS, cost and resource loaded schedule.
• Regularly produce management reports: cash flow, hourly shutdown/outage schedules, weekly quantity reports, SPI, CPI, EV and manpower metrics.
• Advise Superintendent and Project Manager on subcontractor and vendor performance.
