Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator & Scheduler to support asset integrity program execution in Granite City, IL. You will coordinate field execution of repair and construction projects, manage schedules, and align with client expectations under the Construction Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates have industrial construction or maintenance experience and strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills for a programmatic asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
• Experience coordinating contractors, crews, materials, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair and construction activities with field teams.
• Plan field activities, access requirements, scheduling, logistics and sequencing.
• Liaise between contractors, inspectors, client personnel, and Orbital teams.
