Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to support industrial construction projects across the Central region, with site visits in Northern US and Canada. The role involves 40% travel and can be remote.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years in project management for real estate/industrial construction, with experience in MEP/HVAC and a strong safety background, and must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a project management role for real estate industrial construction.
• Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC; strong safety programs preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project and program management for multi-asset facility projects (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk).
• Manage budgets, scheduling, cost and estimates.
• Support construction and renovation projects and ensure safety requirements are implemented.
• Support regional project reports and promote program improvements; mentor junior staff.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure projects meet expectations and explore improvements.
• Prepare scope of work, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & achievements, quality control, and risk identification.
• Identify resources and conduct RFPs; analyze bids and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement communication plans for meetings and written reports/minutes to keep stakeholders informed.
