Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced MEP leader for a full-time traveling role supporting advanced technology projects, including Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segments.

You will oversee preconstruction, engineering and field installation of all MEP systems, report to the Project Manager and Project Executive, and drive performance across design, procurement and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; ... 10+ years in design, cost, sequence, logistics and field installations of MEP systems.
• Strong written and oral communication; LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owners' representatives.
• Comprehensively understand contract documents and applicable codes.
• Lead, supervise and develop Turner MEP staff and perform performance appraisals.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and subordinates.
• Manage MEP procurement, budgets, quality, safety, scheduling, installation, commissioning and close-out.
