Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead and deliver major construction projects across North America. This role requires strong planning, cost control and on-site leadership with a focus on safety, quality and on-time execution.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize schedules and budgets, driving project success from concept through start-up. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 7–10 years of relevant experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience on projects >$5M in construction or heavy industrial industries.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, Smartsheet, SAP and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete construction projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, manage scope, schedule and costs.
• Spend time on job sites to manage issues and ensure safety and quality.
• Engage stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
