Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects across multiple sites. You will plan, execute, and control scope, schedule, and budget, with on-site presence to address issues and maintain project health.

Strong emphasis on safety and cross-functional collaboration will be essential. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of experience on large-scale projects, PMP certification is a plus, and proficiency with MS Office, project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related engineering or technical field.
• 7–10 years in projects >$5M in construction or heavy industry.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience managing industrial projects and on-site supervision.
• Strong cost, schedule, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial construction projects from concept to start-up on time and within budget.
• Plan, execute, and control project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Lead risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Spend time on job sites to oversee execution and address issues.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and promote safety culture.
