Job summary

TAI in Towson, Maryland is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial projects from conceptual estimation through delivery. You will coordinate internal teams with architects, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality and accountability across all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years’ on-site General Contractor experience, strong communication, budgeting, and schedule-management skills, and a proven ability to drive projects to successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an on-site Construction Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary industrial construction projects (chemical, refining, power, food/beverage, life sciences).
• Experience leading project teams including superintendents, PMs and engineers/design teams.
• Familiarity with contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and invoices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; high attention to detail; excellent organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all aspects of assigned projects, sometimes simultaneously due to scale and complexity.
• Guides project teams to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Develops and maintains project budgets, schedules, and related documentation.
• Develops and nurtures relationships with clients and subcontractors.
