Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects, ensuring compliant execution and timely delivery. The role requires coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones, and maintaining governance across sites.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management with strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Procore and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related construction field.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze and track critical milestones to prevent schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
