Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Manager for Dundas, MN, to oversee industrial construction and mechanical projects from estimation to completion. You will balance technical piping and millwright knowledge with strong leadership and client-facing responsibilities to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Based in an onsite, contract-to-hire role, you will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, while collaborating with field teams and engineering coordinators to meet quality standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial, construction, or mechanical environments.
• Experience leading projects with piping, millwright, or mechanical scopes.
• Proven ability to estimate scope, labor, and materials for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from technical and managerial perspectives.
• Estimate projects including scope, labor, and timelines.
• Create and manage change orders and budgets.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate with field supervision and engineering teams.
• Monitor progress vs. schedule and budget; implement corrective actions.
