Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an Industrial Construction Project Manager to join our Hilbert, WI office. You will lead the overall delivery of heavy industrial projects, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and client relationships.

The role requires 3+ years PM experience in industrial construction, strong knowledge of mechanical systems, reading drawings, and the ability to develop business with existing and new clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent field experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reading drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers in market sector.
• Identify, estimate, propose, and secure construction, maintenance, shutdown, outage, and capital project opportunities.
• Lead projects from concept through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage project financial performance, contracts, change orders, subcontractors, vendors, and overall project documentation.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, engineers, field personnel, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, supporting operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitable project execution.
• Monitor project risks, schedules, manpower, and costs, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve project objectives.
