Job summary

Lunda Construction, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking an Industrial Construction Project Manager to join our Hilbert, WI office. You will lead projects across heavy industrial sectors, manage budgets, schedules, and teams, and drive safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, engineers, and field personnel, developing proposals, and ensuring timely delivery from concept to closeout.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent field experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in industrial construction, maintenance, shutdowns, or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, mechanical systems, equipment installation, and maintenance.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Background in estimating, business development, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, field execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with customers in market sector.
• Identify, estimate, propose, and secure construction, maintenance, shutdown, outage, and capital project opportunities.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, engineers, field personnel, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.
