Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking an experienced Industrial Construction Project Manager to oversee scope, schedules, manpower and budgets for field projects. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on-site.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial construction PM experience, a degree or technical training in construction management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical training in construction management is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial construction project management experience.
• Proficiency managing project schedules, labor/subcontractor planning, and material procurement/sourcing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage industrial construction projects, including scope, schedules, manpower, and budgets.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to project teams and field personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors/vendors, internal departments, and employees to maximize project operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Review/manage change orders, purchase orders, and submittals.
• Ensure projects meet safety requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
• Visit project sites on a regular basis to support field operations and personnel ensuring projects are being executed properly.
• Oversee material purchasing, equipment coordination, billing and proper documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing questions and providing project updates.
