Job summary

H-E-B Industrial Properties Partners seeks an Industrial Construction Project Manager II to oversee multiple medium-to-large projects in our Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Transportation divisions. You will develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with internal customers, and manage the full project lifecycle from development to closeout.

The role requires a related degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years in industrial construction; PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction management, or related experience.
• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience.
• PMP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple medium-to-large projects with budgets of medium to large scale.
• Oversees development/closeout with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation, and vendors.
• Develops scope, budget, and schedule with internal customers.
• Prepares RFPs for medium-complexity projects.
• Assists in designing unique Design-Build contracts for some projects.
• Coordinates inspections; reports on project status.
• Ensures cost control and supports cost estimates and budgets.
• Manages bid processes for all projects.
• Oversees scheduling and compliance.
• Facilitates change management throughout projects.
