Job summary

Moore Industries is seeking a Construction Manager in Baton Rouge, LA. The role oversees field operations across multiple projects, coordinating subcontractors and crews to meet milestones while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead superintendents, drive client satisfaction, and manage documentation and reporting to stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years as a lead superintendent, strong leadership and communication, and a TWIC credential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a lead project superintendent in industrial and/or commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing multiple job sites and field teams.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Active TWIC credential and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee field operations across multiple concurrent construction projects.
• Oversee and coordinate activities of construction teams and subcontractors to meet schedule milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of plans, specs, and quality across sites.
• Monitor workmanship and material quality; conduct regular inspections for standards compliance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe on-site environment.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on progress.
