Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Enerfab, a long-standing leader in fabrication and construction, seeks an engineering or construction management student intern. You’ll read blueprints, help prepare technical and commercial documents, and assist estimators on active projects while ensuring safety and quality in all activities.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in 2D/3D drawings, RFI processes, and project closeout procedures within Enerfab’s industrial construction environment.
Enerfab has over 120 years of experience, offering fabrication and construction capabilities to a wide variety of customers for the chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, heavy industrial and power industries. Founded in 1901, our company began making sealants and lacquers — including a patented formula for brewer’s pitch — for beer tanks and vessels. Over the last century, our expanded capabilities, project experience, safety record, and commitment to quality have made Enerfab one of the industry leaders in shop fabrication, field erection and construction and maintenance services.
Enerfab and the internship program go way back - We have been incorporating paid internships into our organization for over 40 years, with the lens that this program can be mutually beneficial for the future. We feel that it is with this intention and our corporate culture that we create a workplace that is desirable to both excel and grow as business professionals. In fact, there are several folks on our management teams that got their start as Enerfab intern.
