You will coordinate field activities with site engineering, maintenance, and outside contractors for capital installations or repairs, ensuring compliance with safety rules, MSHA/OSHA guidelines, and

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum 5 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
• Experience in an industrial chemical or refining environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations including MSHA/ OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day field permitting activities for contracted services in civil, mechanical, electrical, construction, maintenance or related work.
• Work with Project Manager and maintenance to assess constructability of ideas and improvements.
• Ensure contractor approvals via Avetta and on-site safety compliance.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and communicate safety rules to bidders.
• Conduct field task plan reviews with operations, maintenance and contractors.
• Manage contract documents, background checks, and safety manuals.
• Monitor contractor performance and safety on site.
