Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Up to one year of preconstruction experience.
• At least three years of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, or cold storage projects preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings such as monthly reviews and progress meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owners to communicate the project plan.
• Manage project risks, budget, schedule, and procurement.
• Provide written documentation for decisions affecting budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Direct procurement strategy and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
