Job summary

Frampton Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager with five-plus years in commercial or industrial construction, including supervisory experience and some preconstruction exposure.

The role requires willingness to travel and oversight of industrial, manufacturing, and distribution projects. The candidate will lead project reviews and meetings, drive KPI-driven performance, and deliver written documentation for budget, schedule, legal, quality and safety decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Up to one (1) year of preconstruction experience.
• At least three (3) years of direct supervisory experience.
• Willing to travel.
• Industrial, commercial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly project reviews, progress meetings, subcontractor coordination and OAC meetings; clearly communicate the project plan.
• Emphasize KPIs to ensure project success and manage project risks.
• Provide comprehensive written documentation for budget, schedule, legal, quality and safety decisions.
• Direct procurement strategy; validate pricing and scope, identify bidders, and manage subcontracts/purchase orders.
• Develop and review the project budget; monitor costs and highlight variances for better financial performance.
• Provide analysis for prime/subcontract change orders and manage risk through execution.
