Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly project reviews and coordination meetings.
• Coordinate Owner Architect meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Communicate the project plan clearly to the team and stakeholders.
• Focus on delivering KPIs to drive project success.
• Manage project risks including subcontractor performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee procurement strategy, pricing, scope, and subcontract/purchase orders.
• Monitor project costs relative to the budget and flag discrepancies.
