Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead industrial and commercial construction projects from award through closeout. This direct-hire role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and field coordination, ensuring safety and quality on site. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial/industrial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and construction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial construction project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors and self-performed work.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Coordinate clients, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, job costs, and project performance.
• Conduct project meetings and site visits.
• Ensure OSHA and client safety compliance.
• Resolve project issues and provide timely client and internal updates.
