Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation, a leading national design-build general contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of industrial, data center, advanced technology, and other complex construction projects.

You will manage projects from planning through closeout, lead procurement and cost control, coordinate RFIs and schedules, and maintain strong owner and design-team relationships. Travel for assignments is expected.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with a general contractor or design-builder.
• Industrial, manufacturing, data center, advanced technology, aviation, healthcare, commercial, or similarly complex construction experience.
• Strong financial and project-controls capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel or accept project assignments based on business needs.
• Career growth opportunities in larger-scale advanced technology or mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects or major project scopes from planning through closeout.
• Lead procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, forecasting, and change management.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, and project documentation.
• Partner closely with Superintendent and field leadership.
• Maintain owner and design-team relationships.
