Adecco is seeking an Industrial Coil Winder in Waukesha, WI. This hands-on role involves setting up and operating winding equipment to produce copper coils used in large industrial electrical equipment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience with industrial machinery or coil winding. This is a full-time, second-shift (2nd) position on-site with safety and quality standards emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with industrial tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate industrial winding equipment to produce coils according to specifications.
• Load materials and components into winding machinery and prepare equipment for production.
• Work with copper conductors, insulation materials, and other components during the winding process.
• Bend, shape, join, and position materials according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and correct minor defects and assist with equipment maintenance as needed.
• Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and material-handling equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and support the training of new employees as needed.
