Job summary

WFA Staffing is seeking a dependable Coiler to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee. The Coiler will operate coiling equipment to produce wire, tubing, or other materials according to production specifications.

This role requires attention to detail and a strong mechanical aptitude to maintain consistent production and quality. The position is full-time with first shift hours and a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Operate coiling machinery safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines and load raw materials as required.
• Monitor equipment during operation and make basic adjustments.
• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Inspect finished coils for proper size, shape, tension, and overall quality.
• Use basic measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
• Identify and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep machines and the work area clean and organized.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
