You’ll manage pricing strategy, pursue sales targets, and maintain a robust client database while delivering top-tier service and operating with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales acumen.
• Experience meeting client conversion and sales targets.
• Experience using activity targets to deliver results.
• Experience qualifying, managing and maintaining a database.
• Proven record in negotiating pricing and credibility in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with and grow relationships with new and current clients to understand needs and introduce staffing solutions.
• Hit and exceed sales targets, grow market share and close profitable deals.
• Collaborate with recruiting to match talent with client needs.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing questions.
• Manage client databases, follow a clear sales process and stay aligned with goals.
