CDM Smith, a leading engineering and construction firm in the United States, seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader to accelerate growth within the Industrial business unit. You will identify opportunities, win exciting projects, and expand key client accounts across CDM Smith’s target markets.

This role requires proven experience in selling consulting, engineering, design-build and EPC projects, and a knack for building high-value client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on duties and workload. Equivalently related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Leading business development, client engagement and client service management for major industrial clients.
• Developing and maintaining high-value relationships with industrial clients.
• Growing market share by partnering with senior project managers and key technical specialists.
• Collaborating with our technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery.
