Kiewit Corporation is seeking a Civil Estimator to lead the CTO process, review engineering deliverables, and develop comprehensive cost estimates for industrial facilities. You will work with engineering and construction teams across design-bid-build, design-build, and EPC methods, coordinating weekly with field teams to ensure accurate quantity tracking and robust project controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent estimating experience.
• 4+ years estimating industrial EPC or large construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects and strong attention to detail.
• Proven collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Understand design engineering data to feed estimates and CTO.
• Develop quantity components to support schedule development and tracking.
• Review engineering deliverables to understand construction requirements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure scope completeness and alignment.
• Understand execution strategies and how quantities convert to CTO elements.
• Monitor CTO queue and perform component take-offs from deliverables.
• Tag components for field execution and update cost tracking systems.
