Job summary

Moxa is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to expand our presence in the Northeast US industrial networking market. You will develop and manage distributor and reseller partnerships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Sales to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of channel sales experience, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in industrial networking or a related field with channel management.
• Experience developing, recruiting, and growing distributor and reseller partnerships.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience; CRM experience preferred.
• Willing and able to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing opportunities with existing and new channel partners.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and resellers to increase engagement and market share.
• Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partners to expand market reach.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Technical Sales to support partner success.
• Represent Moxa at industry events and act as a trusted advisor on industrial networking opportunities.
