Job summary
Moxa Americas is seeking a strategic Channel Marketing & Partner Growth Manager to drive partner engagement, distributor marketing effectiveness, and revenue growth across North America. You will partner with channel sales, product marketing, and digital marketing to strengthen partner relationships, generate demand, and increase market awareness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in channel, partner, distributor, or alliance marketing.
- Experience with technology manufacturers, industrial tech, distributors, VARs, or agencies.
- Demonstrated success in integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to increase distributor engagement, demand, and revenue growth.
- Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to distributor partners.
- Lead integrated campaigns (email, webinars, social, digital ads, content, partner communications).
- Own partner communications (monthly newsletters, webinars, QBR presentations).
- Create sales and marketing enablement materials for partners.
