Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to safely perform vacuum and hydroblasting operations across client sites. The role involves leading safety practices, supervising a crew when needed, and ensuring DOT compliance and proper vehicle inspections.

Qualified candidates have a CDL, understand safety procedures, and may hold HAZMAT/Tanker endorsements. The position offers full-time employment with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Class A or B CDL License required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements, preferred.
• Language proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer.
• Hands-on operation vacuum equipment and hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
• Complete pre and post trip inspections, driver's logs and comply with vehicle policies and DOT requirements.
