Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to join a safety-focused team. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment across service lines, supervise crews, and ensure safe execution of jobs at client sites in accordance with company policies.

Ideal candidates bring CDL A/B, strong safety awareness, and experience with vacuum trucks and hydroblasting equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A or B license required for driving company vehicle.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• TWIC may be required in some sites.
• Emergency equipment operation knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as safety representative enforcing safety policies for company and customer sites.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment on job sites.
• Operate special equipment such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain logs per DOT.
• Direct a crew of vacuum technicians when needed.
• Transport equipment and personnel to client locations.
