Job summary

Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class A or B CDL Operator to join a safety‑minded team. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment across services lines, perform pre/post trip checks, and ensure compliance with safety and client requirements at multiple sites.

The role may involve supervising a crew, transporting equipment, and maintaining field gear with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Growth opportunities exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Class A or B CDL license required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Experience operating a vacuum truck and emergency equipment.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer policies.
• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment; energize pumping systems.
• Inspect equipment, perform routine maintenance and post-trip checks.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians and transport to sites.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety requirements.
