Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Class B CDL Operator to join our safety-driven team. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, supervise a small crew on site, and ensure compliance with safety and client requirements.

This full-time role emphasizes hands-on operation, routine maintenance, and DOT compliance while supporting transitions from military service to civilian careers.

Qualifications

• Understand English to comprehend safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
• Valid driver’s license with CDL Class A or B per company policy.
• Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• TWIC credential may be required for some sites.
• Experience operating a vacuum truck and wet/dry vacuums.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment safely at job sites.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and inspect pre/post trip.
• Direct a crew of technicians when needed and transport equipment to locations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and client specifications.
